The ZGFM1700 automatic laminating machine is engineered to combine high-volume throughput with precise sheet alignment in industrial packaging production. Its servo-driven control architecture supports automated feeding, gluing, positioning, and pressing, with a rated maximum output of 12,000 sheets per hour and alignment accuracy of ±1 mm.

The system’s design emphasizes substrate flexibility, accommodating face paper from 150 to 800 gsm and bottom sheets up to 10 mm thick across several corrugated and board formats.

In the gluing stage, the machine uses automatic adhesive replenishment and a recovery circulation system. The setup is designed to maintain a constant adhesive supply while reducing material waste. The system is compatible with resin adhesives and other bonding agents, with a recommended pH range of 6 to 8 to maintain bonding performance and equipment maintenance cycles.

The equipment is designed for high flexibility when processing materials of significantly different thicknesses. Its bottom-sheet conveying mechanism supports boards from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, including single-face corrugated board, multi-layer corrugated board, honeycomb board, and foam board.
